RETURNS POLICY

KATALONA, Inc. (“KATALONA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is currently preparing for the commercial launch of KATALONA products.

At this time, products are not yet available for purchase through the KATALONA website. As a result, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are currently processed through the website.

1. Current Pre-Launch Status

The KATALONA website currently provides information about our brand and planned products and may allow visitors to contact us, join a waiting list, or request product updates.

Joining a waiting list or submitting an inquiry does not constitute a purchase and therefore does not create any right or need to request a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Returns Policy at Commercial Launch

Before KATALONA begins accepting online orders, we will update this Returns Policy with the terms applicable to customer purchases.

The updated policy will explain eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges; applicable request periods; procedures for contacting KATALONA; and any product-specific limitations.

3. Food Product Considerations

Because KATALONA products are intended to include pet food and other consumable products, return and refund rules may differ from those applicable to ordinary non-consumable merchandise.

For reasons of product safety, quality, and integrity, opened or used food products may be subject to specific limitations once commercial sales begin. Final rules will be clearly stated in the policy applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

When online sales begin, KATALONA intends to provide a process for customers to contact us if an order arrives damaged, defective, compromised, or materially different from the product ordered.

Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.

When products become available in additional jurisdictions, KATALONA may provide additional return or refund terms where required by applicable law.

We will update this Returns Policy before commercial online sales begin and may revise it from time to time as our products, sales channels, fulfillment operations, or legal requirements evolve.
